On 19 December 2007 took place the charitable premiere of "Almanac of Bulgarian fashion 2008" under the patronage of the first lady Ms. Zorka Parvanova. Author of the Almanac is prof. Lubomir Stoykov, chairman of the Academy of fashion. The event was held in Boyana residence. In an auction were sold the first four copies of the book – officially numbered and signed by the author. As a traditional participant "KWIAT" showed the brand new tendencies for 2008.There are three basic stresses that impress the most in the eyewear fashion for the next year: the translucent plastic materials, the black and white combination with golden accents, as well as extravagant details and colors – lilac, orange, brown or red.
