We would like to share with you the amazing experience that we had at the KWIAT Team Building. The Team Building theme was "Surprise"and it took place in the Beklemeto area in the Stara Planina mountain range, neat the town of Trojan. The whole organization process was full of surprises, therefore we decided the whole event to go under the "Surprise" name. No one from the KWIAT's team had any idea what was about to happen at any given moment – even the place was a secret – we we all had a great time. The biggest challenge appeared to be the "rope garden" where only Pawel and Dimo managed to get through the hardest exercise – the woods trolley. The horse riding up in the mountains in the green meadows of the Beklemeto was another great experience with lots of positive emotions. No one was thrown off the horse nor did anyone fell at the climbing part of the event. Other less adrenaline-rising events were the volleyball game and the badmington one at which Bobi and Dimo made more than a hundred hits without the feather falling on the ground. Lots of energy as burned with all the different sports and exercise going on all day so we had to regenerate. Again the "Surprise" moments was present here as we had to cook our own food for lunch – a delicious barbeque was waiting for us, we just had to prepare the steaks.Krasi was the chef but his assistants Bobi and Dimo played a significant role in the food preparation.In the evening we had a typical Balkan- style dinner with homemade rakia(strong alcohol drink) and a surprise-gift, a check for two of the sale executives – Pepa and Niki. Even the check was custom, handmade the previous evening by Adi and Viky. Beklemeto gave us a welcome present – a beautiful sunny weather, so there was no chance we wouldn't try the beach and the swimming pool. Bobi was the star-jumper this time. On the way back to Sofia, we met some paraplanners which were not part of the "Surprise" this time, so we just sat back, took photos and watched for a while. Boris was out photographer for the event for which we pay great respect to him. The last surprise was the heavy rain – Trojan was crying because we were leaving. But we all agreed unanimously to come back again.v
