The bulgarian eye-wear brand KWIAT in support of the Premiere of the "World fashion icons" book by professor Lyubomir Stoikov who also celebrated his 60th jubilee with a fabulous fashion event on 27 May, 2014 at 19:00 at the Vitosha Park Hotel in Sofia, Bugaria. High quality sunglasses and prescription frames with triple polarised protection and gradated lenses with 100% UV protection were presented at the event. KWIAT offers an abundance of high-end, trendy shapes, models with exclusive designer ornaments and combination of multiple colours. The most popular type of sunglsses in 2014 were the coloured, mirrored lenses and the aviator shape. The singer Silvia Katsarova greeted professor Stoikov with the symbolic "My Way" song by Frank Sinatra at the very beginning of the event. The "World Fashion Icons" book was presented by the deputy editor of "Press" newspaper Valeria Veleva, who also greeted professor Sotikov for his 60th jubilee. He was also awarded the "Golden Feather" award – the highest distinction of the "Bulgarian Journalists Asossiation", which was given by its chairman Snezhana Todorova. The Minister of Culture D-r Peter Stoyanovich greeted professor Stoikov for his 60th Jubilee and was followed by greetings from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication's dean assosiate professor Teodora Petrova and by professor doctor of science Milko Petrov. Host of the event was the charming actress Elen Koleva. The event-management was taken care by Amalia Tincheva.
